Epic Games Releases Epic Citadel On Android, Hell Freezes Over

Epic Games, makers of the infamous IOS series Infinity Blade, has just released Epic Citadel onto Google Play. Epic Citadel is a 3D graphics benchmark running on Unreal Engine 3 and set in the Infinity Blade Universe. This is a completely unexpected move since Infinity Blade, the game that Epic Citadel is based on, is exclusive to IOS and Epic has said many times it wasn’t interested in Android. The Android version of Epic Citadel also comes with new features. You now have the ability to move around at will rather than simply letting the game cart you around. Epic Citadel also serves as a high-end benchmark for Android Phones, so expect to see Epic Citadel used to compare phone specs in the future. Does this mean we will see Infinity Blade on Android? Probably not, but one can hope.
