Namco Bandai Releases Time Crisis 2nd Strike In Japan

Not to be outdone by SEGA’s recent launch of its mobile House Of The Dead spinoff, Namco Bandai has released a light gun style game of its own. Time Crisis 2nd Strike is now finally available for Android, 2 years after hitting iOS devices.

The arcade inspired title is the second in a series of side stories starring global agent Giorgio Bruno from Time Crisis 4. It features the same twitch shooter gameplay from its arcade counterparts reworked for a touch optimized control scheme. A fully fleshed out single player campaign complete with campy CG cutscenes in between levels and extra modes like Crisis Mission will test players tap shooting prowess.

There is a catch however, as Time Crisis 2nd Strike is only available in Japan at the moment. Namco Bandai has a better track record than most when it comes to global distribution of its Android titles, so hopefully we won’t have long to wait until 2nd Strike is available everywhere.
