Prince Of Persia: The Shadow & The Flame Leaps Onto Google Play

Ubisoft’s Prince Of Persia series has returned with a 3D remake of the 1993 classic Prince Of Persia 2: The Shadow & The Flame. The original was a shining example of what action adventure gaming could be; Epic, Grandiose, and Captivating. Its modern update retains both the originals precision platforming and story while adopting the more recent Sands Of Time trilogy’s art style and expanded move set.

Set almost immediately after the events of the first Prince Of Persia, The Shadow & The Flame once again finds the prince facing near insurmountable odds and an army of nightmarish warriors created by the evil wizard Jaffar. It seems the dastardly sorceror has cast a spell on the entire kingdom causing people to confuse him with the prince and vice versa. The only way to break this deceptive curse is for the prince to travel to the temple of the goddess and retrieve its sacred flame, a magical source of power strong enough to break Jaffar’s spell.
