‘A Ride Into The Mountains’ Gallops onto Google Play

A Ride Into The Mountains is a brand-new side-scrolling adventure from Chia-Yu & Lee-Kuo Chen. You take control of a young man that is on a quest to the mountains to battle against mystical demons in an attempt to reclaim the relic and return peace to the once tranquil land. He goes into battle with his trusty steed, and a unique bow that was created by the young man’s family. There is not much more info than that to gather from Google Play or the game’s official website, but the premise sounds like something that will make for a solid gameplay experience.

Just by glancing at the game’s screenshots you will notice that A Ride Into The Mountains has a unique pixelized art style.  It sort of reminds me a bit of the brilliant point-and-click action game Superbrothers Swords & Sworcery, but it has enough differences to make it stand out as something different still. The musical score in the soundtrack is also captivating, and combining the story, visuals, and sound design into one game seems like a win win situation to me.

To take part in this unique adventure you’re going to have to journey on over to Google Play to get A Ride Into The Mountains for just $1.02.
