Turn Based Racing from TBR Labs
In Turn Based racing you will be taking turns as you race against various opponents on real-life circuits from around the world. This gameplay style has never been done before in a video game, and it was actually based off of a game played on a sheet of paper. The original game limited the player to moving within the sheet’s confined squares, but the mobile game adds a tonne of more intriguing elements like true-to-life car physics (with each car being a bit different), a great graphics style, and a tonne of content to burn through. Though the game may look simple in screenshots the game is anything but. You’re going to need to do some serious strategic thinking if you want to earn first place.

- A variety of cars with different physics parameters and available upgrades.
- 8 race circuits with 34 various tracks.

Wobbles from Play Nimbus
Wobbles is a beautiful new 2D side-scrolling puzzle game that has been heavily influenced by the hugely popular game Lemmings. However, in Wobbles you must assist your Wobbles throughout history in an effort to build their civilization. You will place platforms and gadgets along the way to help navigate your Wobbles around any obstacles they may face. During the gameplay you will unlock new technology as you advance your civilization over 6 different eras that span across 60 levels.
- Guide your Wobbles across a treacherous landscape by placing various gadgets.
- Advance your Wobbles through the eras starting all the way from cavemen, through medieval, into modern times and finally the space age.
- Challenge yourself to collect stars which unlock bonus items.
- Winner of the Best Entertainment Game award from the Mass DiGI Game Challenge.
Without a doubt Wobbles has been heavily influenced by Lemmings, but in my books that is far from a bad thing. Over the years the Lemmings gameplay formula has survived, but not too many developers seem to use it properly. However, Wobbles does look like a solid release and should be well worth checking out if you’re a fan of Lemmings, or if you’re just looking for something a little bit different. Download it today for just $1.99 on Google Play.
