Adorable RTS Amoebattle Makes a Strategic Move onto Google Play

Amoebattle, a microscopic RTS (in scale, not in gameplay) that was actually released on both iOS and the DSi Ware Store way back in 2012, has arrived on Android. It has taken quite some time for it to find its way onto Google Play but it’s better late than never, right?

Amoebattle is a real time strategy game that gives you control of a gang of amoebas that must work together to put an end to a fast spreading infection that threatens all of their microscopic world. Luckily there are several unit types to choose from and each of them can mutate when the time calls for it. This means you’ll be able to play the game how you feel most comfortable but it also allows you to test out some new tactics when you’re feeling ready for a change.

In addition to the game’s intense and extremely engaging gameplay Amoebattle also features truly stunning watercolour/pixel-art graphics that are unlike anything you’ve seen before. All around Amoebattle is a finely crafted experience that shouldn’t be passed up by RTS fans.
