Aquatic Bullet Hell Runner Ramboat Cruises Onto Android

After tearing up the waves on iOS Genera Games and Level App Studios’ intense bullet hell style runner Ramboat has weighed anchor on Google Play and is now available for Android users to enjoy. This exhilarating shoot ’em up hybrid feels like a cross between Jetpack Joyride and Metal Slug as players take on the role of a one person army conducting a brash raid deep in enemy territory using flimsy flotation equipment and a whole lot of lead. Unlike traditional platforming shooters Ramboat puts the action in the sea as players must maneuver their watercraft into firing position against hordes of wacky enemies while taking care to avoid any return fire, even if it means diving underwater for a moment to avoid any stray bullets. This intriguing setup works well and allows for some unique gameplay that fans of Metal Slug will definitely love. There’s a ton of unlockables and a nice Jetpack Joyride esque progression system too, which helps to give Ramboat a good bit of replay value.

Looks nice, but TOO many permissions.

  • Mitch

I agree with Pablo. The permissions are ridiculous for a game. Run at startup? Seriously? Any game that does that should be considered malicious.
