Slick Aerial Combat Abounds In Neon Slash ‘Em Up Swordpath

A mesmerizing gesture based brawler has arrived from indie developer Tag Creative called Swordpath that adds its own slick new cybernetic flair to touch-centric combat mechanics where slicing up lines of robotic enemies in one vicious combo is just another day on the job for its cyber sword wielding protagonist. In this stylized future world it’s up to players to help their chosen hero battle their way through a demented array of killer robots by tracing attack patterns on the screen in order to damage enemies and move him/her out of harm’s way. This simple but addicting formula is accentuated by Swordpath’s satisfying combo system and intense gameplay that demands equal degrees of simultaneous concentration and lighting reflexes to survive. At first players only encounter simple melee based drones but soon laser shooting robots and progressively craftier enemies start appearing which makes Swordpath a challenging kind of game where players need to get in a sort of ‘zen’ mode to excel. If you’re a fan of touchscreen based fighting games take a look at Swordpath, it’s available now for free on Google Play.
