Pokemon Gets Biblical In New Clicker RPG Ark Age
Bible based games tend to be pretty bad most of the time but one kooky new clicker RPG called Ark Age is bucking that trend by taking the timeless story of Noah’s ark and turning it into a sardonic Pokemon-esque adventure where Noah must catch animals to fight evil sentient trees with so he can gather enough wood to build his big boat before the flood comes. Created by indie developer L2C Studios, this tongue-in-cheek RPG adventure isn’t about proselytizing players but instead uses the classic old testament tale as the backdrop for a bizarre yet hilarious clicker with a ton of customization options and an actual end goal in mind. Players must help Noah or one of his descendants travel the land with his fearsome animals defeating hordes of demonic trees in battle and using their carcasses as construction material for his ark. There are 51 animals in Ark Age and each have their own special abilities that can aid players in combat so it behooves them to mix and match the animals they capture for maximum efficiency. If you’re looking for a clicker RPG that does things different be sure to take a gander at Ark Age, you can pick it up for free on Google Play.
