Sole Crushing Survival Dodger Antinvader Scurries Onto Android

A simple but nostalgically endearing new retro arcade survival game dubbed Antinvader has crawled into the limelight wearing its old school style no-nonsense gameplay on its sleeve. The latest creation from indie developer Omega Game Studio, Antinvader hearkens back to the 16-bit era with its purely skill based challenge and pleasant pixel atmosphere much like a game for the Super Nintendo’s Super Scope peripheral. As a particularly agile ant it’s up to players to help their ant buddies steal food from a picnic basket by distracting the towering humans as they try to smush him/her for their valiant efforts. Gigantic feet of varying shapes and sizes will attempt to crush players with increasing ferocity which means they’ll need to learn how to anticipate and exploit things like the tiny safe space afforded by high heels. Eventually things get a little crazy with the whole town seemingly joining in along with even throwing cans just for added effect. If you’re up for a simple but charming retro arcade game with a high degree of challenge be sure to try Antinvader, it’s available now for free on Google Play.
