Arcade Style Platformer Jumping Jumping Sprints Onto Android

A new arcade inspired platformer that takes after old school classics like the original Mario Bros arcade simply titled Jumping Jumping has leapt onto Android devices. Straightforward in principle but still eminently challenging, this survival platformer from indie developer Starseed puts players in the rugged shoes of a spelunking miner in search of long lost treasure that’s surrounded by spooky cave bats and naturally falling rock formations. It’s up to players to stay alive as long as they can by dodging the constant cacophonous cavalcade of calamity while grabbing as much errant treasure as possible in the process.

Players control their miner by swiping to ascend, descend, and change direction which makes for an intuitive control scheme when the action gets really hectic. As players move about the stage collecting treasure they’ll constantly be hounded by horizontally minded bats, rolling boulders, and even collapsing pieces of ceiling which pose the greatest threat of all. Also included is an additional hard mode which tasks players with controlling two different miners simultaneously making things much more difficult altogether. Fans of classic platformers will likely dig Jumping Jumping.

Jumping Jumping is free to download on Google Play.
