Solve Spatial Riddles In Groovy New Minimalist Puzzler Yellow
From the developer behind such sleeper hits as Sweet Drmzzz and Furiosity comes an abstract new puzzle game called Yellow that features a constantly evolving ruleset set within a color themed narrative framework. In this latest indie experiment from games maestro Bart Bonte it’s up to players to solve a varied procession of digital conundrums where the goal is always the same but each one plays completely different from one another. In order to clear a stage players must turn the whole screen solid yellow which is always theoretically easy however the difficulty comes in when trying to figure out just what mechanic is needed to start the color shift in the first place. One moment players will be tapping one part of the screen while holding down another and the next they’ll be decoding cryptic arrangements of words an approach which challenges players’ perceptions in a really clever way as they never know what to expect. Puzzler fans looking for something unique and classy will get a kick out of Yellow.
Yellow is free to download on Android and iOS.
