New Arcade Missile Defender Super Ressom Soars Onto Mobile

A simple but intense new retro style arcade game about using superpowers to smash waves of missiles careening towards populated cities called Super Ressom has arrived on mobile devices. Released by indie developer Ressom Games, Super Ressom is a single button reverse shooter where players must tap on their screen to send a superhero bouncing back and forth along the bottom in order to destroy any incoming missiles before they can reach civilians. While this is initially a straightforward prospect things soon become much more daunting as a foreboding cacophony of trick missiles like bouncers, cluster bombs, and game ending nukes descend from the sky. If players want to last long enough to garner a high score they’ll have to tap both quick and smart so they don’t miss a single target amongst the relentless volleys. An eclectic array of extra unlockable heroes and themes can be won from a prize wheel that gives out free spins for watching an ad at the conclusion of each run. Missile Defender fans will have a blast with this bite sized arcade tap ’em up.

Super Ressom is free to download on Android and iOS.
