First Look: Dragon Ball Tap Battle Coming March 25th
Namco Bandai has released a number of games for Android, but none of them have made use of their rights to the Dragon Ball Z franchise. That is about to change with the launch of Dragon Ball Tap Battle, coming soon. As the name implies, Dragon Ball Tap Battle features the Dragon Ball Z series’s greatest warriors duking it out for martial arts supremacy.
Players will deal damage to their opponent by tapping different parts of the screen during quick time events, similar to Square Enix’s Demons Score THD. Confirmed characters so far include Goku, Vegeta, and Krillin. Multiplayer will be available over bluetooth allowing Dragon Ball fans to fight just by being near each other. Dragon Ball Tap Battle will cost 350 yen or $3.69 and will be launching March 25th on Google Play.
