Challenging Arcade Platformer Foxtrot! Sneaks onto Google Play

Like A Fox

Foxtrot!, a challenging new arcade platformer from UK indie developer Pie + Mash has arrived to test your retro gaming skills. If you have kids, happen to be one of our younger readers, or just really enjoy cartoons you may have heard of Pie + Mash before for their BAFTA award winning children’s TV shows Peppa Pig and Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom. Having already proven their chops in the animation department Pie + Mash is expanding its repertoire to include mobile games development starting with Foxtrot!, the studios’ very first release. Foxtrot! launched on iOS devices earlier this month where it has already garnered a tonne of praise for it’s great graphics and tongue-in-cheek platforming gameplay, but now it’s Android gamers’ turn to delve into this delightful retro side scroller.

In Foxtrot! you play as Neville the fox. It turns out that your little fox cubs are quite hungry and there’s only one thing that will satisfy their cravings… eggs! It’s going to be up to you to head out into this bizarre game world in an attempt to gather up as many eggs as you can. You’ll be playing through the game’s 30 levels of arcade action that’ll really put your platform-hopping and puzzle-solving skills to the ultimate test as you hunt for keys, defeat deadly enemies, battle terrifying bosses, and of course collect all of those eggs for your hungry cubs. Foxtrot! offers a great amount of challenge and variety for gamers of all ages.

Foxtrot! is a brilliant new arcade-platformer that really shouldn’t be missed. The brilliant retro design, challenging yet accessible gameplay, and overall polish of the game itself make Foxtrot! an absolute must download.
