Consumerist RPG Barcode Knight Ventures Forth Onto Android

Android users may have never gotten the chance to experience the UPC fueled madness of indie developer Magic Cube’s kooky capitalist RPG Barcode Kingdom, but its new sequel Barcode Knight has changed all that with its arrival on Google Play. This unique auto-RPG uses an interesting barcode scanning system to generate all of the dungeons and loot players encounter with the same barcode yielding the same result every time much like the classic Monster Rancher games, which would generate a unique monster based on music cds, but with a modern bend. Scanning new barcodes will unlock different adventures for players to go on as they gain experience and level up in largely hands-off combat that places a large emphasis on continually improving ones loadout by finding different UPCs to scan. RPG aficionados looking for something different from the norm will definitely want to take a look at Barcode Knight.
