Campy Physics Adventure Island Delta Makes Landfall On Android

After launching at the tail end of 2016 on iOS to rave reviews the campy 60’s spy movie style action puzzler Island Delta has arrived on Android devices. Created by indie developer Mantisbite and released by publisher Noodlecake Studios Island Delta is a really well polished isometric adventure game with tons of personality and physics fueled gravity gun antics to spare. It’s up to players to infiltrate the labyrinthine fortress of a megalomaniacal villian as they attempt a daring rescue mission to retrieve their kidnapped mechanical companion.

Rather than use traditional firearms to defeat the evil genius’ henchmen players will instead use gravity guns ala Half-Life 2 in order to manipulate the environment and fling their enemies about like ragdolls. Puzzle solving plays a large role alongside the more action oriented elements as players must hack computers and rearrange crates just as often as they are launching exploding barrels at bots or dodging a hail of laser fire. Beautiful graphics and a light hearted storyline help round out the high production value achieved by this isometric puzzler. Those looking for an action packed puzzler with personality will have a blast with Island Delta.

Island Delta is available for $2.99 on Android and iOS.
